Settlement area of about 1.3 ha. It is founded on the Kamienna Góra Pass, high in the mountains, ca 700 m a.s.l., and therefore a scenic location.

At the pond for health and wellness under construction: Russian pumpkin and barrel. In addition, soon there will be a feast under a thatched roof with a smokehouse, grill, and bread oven. 3 highland style cottage under construction.
