Booking and stay regulations
In order to provide you with a pleasant holiday in our settlement, please read the following regulations.
Making a down payment on account of the booking is tantamount to accepting the provisions in the Regulations.
1. The cabins are rented for days. The rental applies to the entire cottage for max. 5 people.
2. A day in the cottage lasts from 15.00 to 11.00.

Booking and settlement method
1. You can make a reservation by phone or email. You must enter the date of your stay
and the number of people, indicating the age of the children. The booking will be made on this basis
admission for 24 hours. It is time for you to read and make our Regulations
advance payment of the cottage reservation.
2. The down payment is 30% of the total amount of the service and should be paid to the bank account number: 57 1090 1942 0000 0001 3501 2804. The payment title should include the surname and date of stay.
3. The reservation is considered confirmed after sending the proof of payment to the e-mail address or posting the funds to the bank account indicated in point 2. Then you will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation.
4. The remainder of the payment for the stay with the deposit must be paid upon arrival.
5. A deposit of PLN 400 is charged for the duration of the stay, providing security against damage during the stay. The deposit is returned to the bank account indicated by you or in cash after leaving the house (handing over the keys), provided that the technical condition of the house, its equipment and the land will not be worse than on the day the keys to the rented house are handed to you.
6. If you do not arrive within the time limit, the reservation will be canceled at 11:00 the next day, the deposit and the payment for the stay (except for the deposit) shall not be refundable.
7. In the event of shortening the stay, the amount due for unused days is not refundable.

Stay in a cottage
1. While checking in and handing over the keys. We will give instructions
regarding the operation of selected electrical devices, fireplace support, etc.
2. Failure to comment on the technical condition of the house at the time of entering the house, is synonymous with the fact that the house has been put into use in a state of no objection.
3. Smoking inside the cottage is strictly forbidden.
4. On the day of departure, the house should be left in the state in which it was transferred on Your arrival.
5. Items left by the guest in the cottage, after leaving it, will be returned at the request of the guests to the address indicated by him.
